Return & Exchange Policy

Returns.

We want you to love your CASEPHON order. If something is wrong with your item, contact us and we will help make it right.

Standard items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom and personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a clear printing issue.

14 days Standard items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
7 days Report damaged, defective, incorrect, or printing issues within 7 days.
Final sale Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons.
Shipping Customers cover return shipping for personal preference or selection errors.

14-Day Returns

Standard items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, free of stains or scratches, and returned with its original packaging whenever possible.

  • Changed your mind
  • Ordered the wrong phone model
  • Selected the wrong style or color
  • The item is not what you expected

For returns due to personal preference, incorrect model selection, or change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom Products

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products are final sale once the order has entered production. They cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled for change-of-mind reasons.

If your custom item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a clear printing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or has a visible quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

If the issue was caused by CASEPHON, production, or shipping damage, we will cover the cost of the resolution.

Customer Responsibility

The following situations are considered customer responsibility and may require the customer to pay return shipping, or may not qualify for return or exchange:

  • Ordering the wrong phone model
  • Choosing the wrong color, style, or quantity
  • Entering an incorrect shipping address
  • Used, scratched, stained, or damaged items
  • Return requests made after the return window
  • Items returned without contacting us first
  • Custom items returned due to personal preference

Return Process

Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted or processed.

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your shipping receipt.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

If the returned item does not meet our return requirements, we may contact you and reserve the right to decline the refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different phone model, color, or style, please contact us first so we can confirm availability and next steps.

For exchanges caused by customer selection errors, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If your order has not entered production, packing, or shipping, we will do our best to help cancel or update it.

Once an order has entered production, packing, or shipping, it may no longer be possible to cancel or modify it. Custom and personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started.
