Shipping & Delivery

Delivery.

We process CASEPHON orders as quickly as possible and keep you updated once your package is on the way.

We currently ship within the United States only. Most orders ship from within the United States unless a specific product page states otherwise.

24 hours Standard orders are usually processed within 24 hours after purchase.
48 hours Custom orders are usually processed within 48 hours after purchase.
US only CASEPHON currently ships within the United States.
24-48 hours Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after shipment.

Order Processing Time

Standard item orders are usually processed within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Custom item orders are usually processed within 48 hours after the order is placed. Because custom products are made based on your selected options or uploaded content, processing may take slightly longer in some cases.

Once an order has entered processing, production, packing, or shipping, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

Shipping Area

CASEPHON currently ships within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping. If additional shipping regions become available, we will update this policy on our website.

Shipping Origin

Most CASEPHON orders ship from within the United States.

Unless a specific product page states otherwise, we aim to fulfill orders through US-based production, warehouse, or fulfillment partners.

Estimated Delivery Time

US orders usually arrive within 8-12 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Holidays, peak seasons, weather, carrier delays, address issues, or other events outside our control may extend the delivery timeline.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or notification with tracking information.

Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after the tracking number is created. If your tracking link does not show movement right away, please check again later.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please review your shipping name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, ZIP code, and contact information carefully before placing your order.

If an order is delayed, returned, undeliverable, or lost because the customer entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer is responsible for the issue.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but once an order enters processing, production, packing, or shipping, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

Package Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check:

  • Your mailbox, package locker, front door, lobby, front desk, or mailroom
  • Any delivery photo or note provided by the carrier
  • Family members, roommates, neighbors, or building staff who may have accepted the package

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan and include your order number and tracking information.

If the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, CASEPHON may not be responsible for packages that are missing due to theft, unsafe delivery locations, or recipient-side issues.

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays, weather, holidays, peak-season volume, address verification issues, or other events outside our control may affect delivery timing.

If your tracking has not updated for an unusual amount of time, contact us and we will help review the shipment. If a package is confirmed lost or unable to continue in transit, we will review the situation and offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution when appropriate.

Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately. You will not be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If your order has not entered processing, production, packing, or shipping, we will do our best to help cancel or update it.

Once an order has entered processing, production, packing, or shipping, it may no longer be possible to cancel or modify it. Custom items usually cannot be canceled once production has started.
